The Design Review Board reviews all developments (public or private), including all buildings, site layouts, and signing in all districts, except single-family, for the purpose of encouraging quality design of such facilities. Provides a framework by which elements of poor layout and design of a project may be prevented. Hears appeals of administrative decisions.
