This project is a Tier II project under the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan.
The site is within the Transit Oriented Higher Intensity Mixed Use (TOHIMU) zoning district, and the application was submitted on June 29, 2017. It was approved by the Design Review Board on June 6, 2018.
