The proposed project contains 170 dwelling units, and includes 171 automobile parking spaces and 266 long-term bicycle parking spaces. The project also incudes, public plazas, a pedestrian connection between San Pablo Avenue and the Ohlone Greenway, and a publicly accessible 'bike stop' facility adjacent to the Ohlone Greenway.
The site lies within the Transit Oriented Mid Intensity Mixed Use (TOMIMU) zoning district.
This project is a Tier IV Design Review project under the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan. The project was approved by the Planning Commission on November 21, 2018 and by the Design Review Board on January 24, 2019.
