The City of El Cerrito has issued a Call To Artists/Request For Proposals, seeking an artist to develop and install site-specific artworks for various sites along the length of the San Pablo Avenue Streetscape Project ("Project"). The selected artist will work with the Arts and Culture Commission (ACC), community, and staff to create site-specific, durable, artworks that serve to provide continuity and color along the Project.
