Mayfair Block Project
The project consists of two buildings with a total of 223 dwelling units, including 67 units of affordable housing, 10,572 square feet of commercial space, 178 vehicle parking spaces and 23,303 square feet of open space. It was submitted on December 20, 2016.

The project is currently incomplete. Once complete, the plans  will be included on this page. The entire application is available for review at 10890 San Pablo Avenue, City Hall, during normal business hours. The project planner is Margaret Kavanaugh-Lynch, Development Services Manager.

The site lies within the Transit Oriented High Intensity Mixed Use (TOHIMU) zoning district.  

This project is a Tier IV project under the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan. This means it will require actions by both the Planning Commission and the Design Review Board.
