The City of El Cerrito is committed to environmental sustainability. Through programs, policies and initiatives, the City is continually striving to improve its own environmental performance and to support its residents and businesses to incorporate environmental practices into the own day-to-day way of doing things.
“Go Green” is an effort to provide a single-directory on the City website to the city’s environmental programs and resources and to facilitate residents’, visitors’ and business’ access to environmental issues. Go Green also highlights and fosters the City’s own commitment to sustainability.
Because sustainability does not fall within any one area, this section of our website provides links to all City Departments and Divisions, depending upon the policy or program.
