About the Administrative and Support Services Division

The Administrative and Support Services Division plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of the department. Its mission is to manage and support Police Department programs so that services provided are consistent with the expectations of the community and established standards. The division helps prepare and monitor the department's budget, provides for facility maintenance and management, coordinates capital purchases, and administers grant funds from many state and federal programs.
