Affordable Housing in El Cerrito

New Affordable Housing Developments
There are currently two new mixed-use affordable residential projects in development:

Creekside Walk
Southeastern corner of El Cerrito Plaza, El Cerrito
Currently under construction. 19 affordable units (6 units low-income households and 13 units moderate-income households) will be available soon.
If you are interested in an affordable unit, sign up to get on the Creekside Walk interest list and a staff person will contact you as soon as the application period and the selection period have been identified.

Please note that this is an interest list designed for City staff to send interested parties information. The City has no role in selecting applicants for this affordable housing development.

Hana Gardens Apartments
10848 – 10860 San Pablo Avenue, El Cerrito
Construction expected to begin in December, 2016. Once constructed, there will be 63 units available for seniors.
