Enforcable Obligation Payment Schedule
El Cerrito Redevelopment Agency ABx1 26 Enforcable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS)

On July 27, 2011, the State enacted ABx1 26 suspending redevelopment agencies throughout California and requiring and allowing them to take certain actions. In keeping with the Section 34169 of California Redevelopment Law, the El Cerrito Redevelopment Agency (Agency) is required to adopt an Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule (EOPS) within the meaning of Section 34167(d) and designate an official of the Agency whose responsibility it is to provide information and documentation for items listed on that schedule.

At its regular meeting on August 15, 2011, the Agency adopted its EOPS as part of Agency Resolution 616. Download the El Cerrito EOPS. On January 17, 2012, the Agency adopted Agency Resolution 618 amending the Enforceable Obligation Payment Schedule. Download Agency Resolution 618 and the El Cerrito Amended EOPS.

Should you require information or documentation for items listed on the EOPS, please contact Redevelopment Manager Lori Trevino at 510-215-4380.
