Public Official Appointments - Form 806

The State of California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Regulation 18705.5 (amended March 2012) requires the City to post, on the City’s website, the stipends Council Members receive from outside agencies in conjunction with official appointments made by the entire City Council.  Each agency must post a single Form 806 – Agency Report of Public Official Appointments, listing all paid appointed positions including the date appointed, length of term and stipend amount.
