Thousands of people are expected to celebrate Independence Day at the City of El Cerrito worldOne July 4th Festival on Friday, July 4, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with music on the Main Stage until 7:00 p.m.

The admission-free family-friendly event is full of fun, food and entertainment.

  • Lots of great tasty food

CONSIDERATIONS
  • Sorry, no dogs allowed.
  • Free bike valet parking will be available on Moeser Lane.
  • There is limited street parking in the area. Attendees may also park in the Moeser Lane Shopping Center on San Pablo Ave., (approximately 1/2 mile from the park).

VENDOR INFORMATION
Food Vendors
The City of El Cerrito will be selling beer & wine, hamburgers, veggie burgers, bagels, coffee, nachos plus Cotton Candy, Snow Cones & drinks inside Cerrito Vista Park.

The Food Court (located in the Contra Costa Civic Theater parking lot on Pomona Avenue) will include delicious food from the following vendors from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Non-Food Vendor/Information booths will be located in Cerrito Vista Park and on Pomona Avenue. Booths will operate from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Download the list of 2014 vendors.

Directions to Cerrito Vista Park

From I-80 East:
Take Central Ave Exit
Turn Right on Central Ave
Turn Left on San Pablo Ave
Turn Right on Moeser Lane
Park is 1/2 mile  up. 

From Berkeley/Kensington:
Head North on Arlington Blvd
Turn Left on Moeser Lane
Park is 0.8 mile down.
 
From I-80 West:
Take Cutting Blvd Exit
Turn Left on Cutting Blvd
Turn Right on San Pablo Ave
Turn Left on Moeser Lane
Park is 1/2 mile  up. 

During the event, there is limited street parking near Cerrito Vista Park. Attendees may park in the Moeser Lane Shopping Center on San Pablo Ave., (approximately 1/2 mile from the park). There will be a free Paratransit shuttle for disabled patrons between this parking lot and the park.

Donations have made the City of El Cerrito/world One July 4th Festival possible for over 25 years.  Your continued support of this community event is greatly appreciated.  Don’t wait another day to become a part of this special event.
