Notice Of Intent To Adopt A Negative Declaration

The City of El Cerrito Planning Commission finds that no significant effect on the environment, as prescribed by the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 (CEQA), as amended, will occur for the following proposed project:

El Cerrito Recycling Center Project (7501 Schmidt Lane, El Cerrito CA)

The project (proposed by the City of El Cerrito) would result in the reconstruction of the Recycling Center including demolition of all existing structures on the site, and the construction of new Recycling Center offices and a Recycling Center operations building.
