As a result of President Obama’s appointment of our congressional representative, Ellen Tauscher, as Undersecretary for Arms Control and International Security with the U.S. State Department, there will be a special election on November 3, 2009 to vote on a representative to the 10th United States Congressional district. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for voters in the 10th Congressional District.
