When: Gather at the DMV at 9 a.m. if you wish to march in the parade.
Parade starts at 9:30am at the DMV and ends at the El Cerrito High School Gym (Ashbury Avenue)
Program and Rally @ ECHS from 10:30 a.m.-12 noon. The program includes entertainment, music, dance, singing, and family fun.
