On Monday March 31, 2008 at about 9:38 pm El Cerrito Police Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of Behrens Street. After an investigation Rudy Rigoberto Ramirez, a 26 year old male resident of El Cerrito, was arrested for assault and illegal threats. Ramirez was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

After an investigation Tiffany Nicole Jackson, a 19 year old female resident of Richmond, was arrested for forgery. Jackson was transported to the Martinez Detention Facility pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.

After an investigation Derek Eugene Powell, a 44 year old male resident of San Pablo, was arrested for theft. Both males were released to their guardians pending the filing of charges by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office.
