06-20623 211 PC (Strongarm) 10650 San Pablo Ave (Safeway parking lot) 11-12-06 1545 hours. As a woman was loading groceries into her car, a suspect vehicle drove by with a passenger hanging from the window. The suspect grabbed the woman’s purse which was on her shoulder. As the car drove away the woman was pulled to the ground causing minor injuries. The suspect car is described as a dark gray or blue Buick Regal with no plates and a red temporary registration sticker n the window. The car was occupied by three black males.
