06-23045 211 PC (Armed-Handgun) 10810 San Pablo Ave. 12-17-06 1520 hours. A suspect described as a White Male 5’5-7”, 180 pounds, short brown hair, wearing a lip spike, long black puffy coat, and blue jeans used a small silver handgun to rob a contractor of his laptop, cell phone, wallet and keys.

06-23052 211 PC (Attempted-Strongarm) 11760 San Pablo Ave. 12-17-06 1735 hours. A suspect described as a Black Male in his 20’s 5’6” 165 pounds wearing a red jacket dark pants, and a black beanie, and riding a dark colored mountain bike followed a female victim home from the Del Norte BART station and when she entered the elevator, he used the bicycle to keep the door open. He grabbed her by shirt collar and demanded money. The victim armed herself with a knife and the suspect fled. He claimed to have a gun, but none was seen.

06-22633 459 PC 2000 block of Key Blvd. 12-12-06 0800to 1430 hours. An unknown suspect broke a window to the residence to enter and stole two laptop computers and jewelry.

06-22707 459 PC 6300 block of Conlon Ave. 12-13-06 1230 to 1700 hours. An unknown suspect pried a deadbolt lock from a garage door and stole a bicycle.

06-22809 459 PC 800 block of Bates Ave. 12-1-06 to 12-15-06 An unknown suspect pried open a door and stole a clock collection valued at $5,000.

06-22822 459 PC 1700 Block of Julian Ct. 12-8-06 to 12-13-06 An unknown suspect entered the house by an unlocked door and stole a laptop and jewelry.

06-23043 459 PC 8300 block of Terrace Dr. 11-23-06 to 12-17-06 Unknown suspects entered a residence by a window and ransacked the house. To avoid setting off an alarm they cut a hole in the garage door.

06-23097 459 PC 2500 block of Tulare Ave. 12-17-06 2130 to 12-18-06 0730 hours. An unknown suspect stole three bicycles from an open garage .

06-22686 459 PC 1000 El Cerrito Plaza (Albertson’s) 12-13-06 1046 to 1050 hours. A suspect smashed the window on a van and stole a laptop. The suspect was caught on video and is described as a White male in his 20’s, wearing a white baseball hat, dark jacket and baggy pants.

06-22925 459 PC 400 block of Colusa Ave. 12-16-06 0001 to 1100 hours. An unknown suspect smashed a window on a Mercedes and stole a GPS unit.

06-23056 459 PC 2600 block of Tuller Ave. 12-17-06 1918 hours. A witness observed a Black Male 6’0”, 250 pounds wearing a red plaid shirt/jacket and a beanie ride his mountain bike up to a victim car and smash out the window. The suspect took a backpack and makeup bag and fled towards Barrett Ave.

06-23108 459 PC Wall Ave at San Pablo Ave. 12-16-06 to 12-18-06 an unknown suspect pried the lock from the door and entered a plumbing van and stole tools.

06-22804 10851 VC (RECOVERY) San Diego St at Carlson Blvd 12-15-06 an officer located an Acura Integra that had been reported stolen to the Richmond Police on 12-10-06.

06-22912 10851 VC 2600 block of Tamalpais Dr. 12-15-06 1700 to 12-16-06 0930 hours. An unknown suspect stole a 1996 Honda Civic.

06-23040 10851 VC 3400 Block of Santa Clara Ave 12-16-06 2200 to 12-17-06 1000 hours. An unknown suspect stole a 1991 Toyota Camry by unknown means.

06-23066 10851 VC Elm St South of Manor Circle 12-17-06. An unknown suspect stole a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica.
