211 PC (Robbery)
07-22555 211 PC (Robbery — Armed) 11866 San Pablo Avenue. On 12-04-2007 at 1940 hours, the below suspects entered Yusan Sushi. One of the suspects pointed a long-gun at the employees and customers, demanding their personal property. The suspects took the victims' property and fled on foot in an unknown direction.
S#1: BMA, 20s, average height and build wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt and pants (nfd).
S#2: BMA, 20s, average height and build wearing the same as S#1, wielding a long-gun.
07-22741 211 PC (Robbery — Handgun) Blake Street at the BART Path. On 12-07-2007 at about 1550 hours, three BMJs approached the victim and one of them pointed a handgun at him. They took his property and fled on foot. The only further description we have on the suspects is that the gunman wore a black hoodie sweatshirt and had a silver metal "Grill" covering his upper teeth.

07-22648 459 PC 1400 block of Norvell Street 12-05-2007 to 12-06-2007 between 0730 to 0045 hours. An unknown suspect(s) kicked in a door to the residence, entered it and stole a laptop computer.
07-22923 459 PC 300 block of Carmel Avenue 12-10-2007 between 1045 and 1930 hours. An unknown suspect(s) attempted to force the front door of a residence, but were unable to gain entry.

07-22710 459 PC 3030 El Cerrito Plaza (T-Mobile) 12-07-2007 at about 0228 hours. An unknown suspect(s) smashed a store window, entered and stole property.

07-22576 459 PC 3200 block of Belmont Avenue 12-04-2007 to 12-05-2007 between 1830 and 0130 hours. An unknown suspect(s) smashed a vehicle window, reached in and stole a backpack.
10851 CVC: (Motor Vehicle Theft)
07-22531 10851 VC 1100 block of Shevlin Drive 12-04-2007 between 1115 and 1242 hours. An unknown suspect(s) stole a red Honda Civic.
07-22735 10851 VC Ashbury Avenue at C Street 12-07-2007 between 1100 and 1315 hours. An unknown suspect(s) stole a white Toyota pickup.
07-22791 10851 VC 900 block of Kearney Street 12-05-2007 to 12-08-2007 between 1500 and 1020 hours. An Unknown suspect(s) took a white Toyota Camry.
07-22872 10851 VC 10700 block of San Pablo Avenue 12-09-2007 at about 1630 hours.
An unknown suspect(s) stole a green Honda Accord.
487 PC: (Grand Theft)
07-22616 487 PC 2500 block of Nason Avenue 12-04-2007 to 12-05-2007 between 1915 and 0810 hours. An unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and took a DVD player and some sunglasses.
07-22916 487 PC 9900 block of San Pablo Avenue 12-10-2007 between 0800 and 1700 hours. An unknown suspect stole a catalytic converter from the victim's vehicle.
245 PC: (Assault With a Deadly Weapon)
07-22827 245 PC Stockton Avenue at the BART Path 12-08-2007 at about 2030 hours.
On the above date and time the victim was walking in the area when he got into a verbal altercation with the below suspects. The confrontation turned physical and the victim was cut several times with a knife. The suspects fled on foot. The victim was treated for minor cuts at a local hospital.
S#1 & S#2 were both described as Hispanic males, about 20 years old. They were further described as being about 5' 6" tall with average builds. They were both wearing dark clothing (nfd).
