On Friday March 21, 2008 at about 2:15 pm several African American teens confronted three subjects on the BART path and demanded their property. The teens then physically took property and fled on foot.

On Friday March 21, 2008 at about 7:19 pm an African American male in black clothing grabbed cash from the register at Best Gas and fled to a waiting gold SUV (nfd).

On Thursday March 20, 2008 sometime between 9:45 am and 12:45 pm an unknown suspect(s) broke a rear window to a residence, only one pane of the dual pane window broke and the suspect(s) did not gain entry.
