08-08159 – BART path south of Lincoln Ave;

On Tuesday April 29, 2008 at about 4:00 pm an African American male, early 20's, about 6' tall wearing dark clothing and a black knit cap confronted a citizen on the BART path and took her purse, then fled on foot.

08-08395 – 3300 block of Yosemite Ave;

On Saturday May 3, 2008 sometime between 2:20 pm and 2:40 pm an unknown suspect(s) entered a residence through an open window, after removing the screen, and stole property.
