08-20354 — 5900 block of San Diego St.;

On October 9th, between 12:30 am and 1:00 am, a resident was confronted by two suspects while walking home from the Plaza BART station. One of the subjects showed the victim a handgun and demanded the victim's wallet and backpack. The suspects fled in a light colored Honda Civic. One of the suspects was described as a black male adult, between 18-25 years old. He was between 5'6" and 5'8" in height. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and a bandana over his face. The second suspect was also a black male, was the same size and wore similar clothing.

459 PC (Burglary/Residential)

08-20337 — 900 block of Everett St.;

An unknown suspect entered a residence through an open window on October 8th between 12:00 pm and 6:30 pm. The suspect stole property and fled.

08-20346 — 5800 block of Avila Ave.;

A resident heard a strange noise at 1:41 am on October 9th. When they investigated, they found a burglar removing the screen on their house. The burglar claimed to be looking for a friend and fled into the night

08-20405 — 7200 block of Cutting Blvd.;

On October 10th at 0315 hours, an unknown suspect entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and found a garage door opener. The burglar used the door opener to access the interior of the garage and house. Once inside the house they set off the alarm and fled with petty property from the resident's car.

08-20291 — 2500 block of Tasajara Ave.;

On October 8th, an El Cerrito Officer located a Honda Prelude that had been reported stolen.

08-20290 — 6400 block of Lagunitas Ave.;

Between 7:00 pm on October 7th and 7:00 am on October 8th, an unknown thief stole a resident's vehicle from their driveway.

08-20683 — 225 El Cerrito Plaza;

An El Cerrito Officer located a stolen Toyota Camry in the parking lot of the El Cerrito Plaza. The car was stolen from another city on September 6th and recovered by El Cerrito on October 13th.

08-20423 — IFO 1751 Eastshore Blvd.;

Between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm on October 10th, an unknown suspect stole a customer's Honda Accord from the OSH parking lot.

08-20580 — 10700 San Pablo Ave.;

An unknown suspect stole a Marshall's customer's Toyota Camry from the parking lot on October 9th.
