David Hunter Memorial Scholarship Fund
The El Cerrito Recreation Department provides a wide range of recreational and educational activities for youth. Frequently, the people who need to utilize our programs the most are the ones who can least afford to do so. The David Hunter Memorial Scholarship Fund helps people who otherwise would not be able to participate in our recreation programs and honors the memory of David Hunter.
