El Cerrito's Recycling Programs are covered by the Integrated Waste Management Fee, which is billed as part of your garbage bill. Periodically the El Cerrito City Council evaluates rates for garbage fees and the Integrated Waste Management fee, which can include normal increases for personnel, fuel, processing fees and other costs.
