Additional Dwelling Units being added to the Village at Town Center

10810 San Pablo Avenue, Building E at the Village at Town Center. This proposal is to construct 40 residential units at the Village at Town Center at San Pablo Avenue and Schmidt Lane. The new four-story building is to be constructed on an existing surface parking lot, and will have 32 garaged parking spaces with three floors of residential above. The building is in the shape of an H with an elevated walkway on the three residential floors that links the two buildings. The building that faces Kearney Avenue will have a rooftop garden area for the residents of this building, and the other four buildings that make up the Village at Town Center development. The site is within the Transit Oriented Medium Intensity Mixed Use (TOMIMU) zoning district and was the application was submitted on September 12, 2016. This is a Tier IV project under the Specific Plan. Environmental review is anticipated to by mid-September 2017 on this project, and the will be brought before the Planning Commission and Design Review Board by the end of 2017.
