Project DEscription


The proposed project includes a new residential building, of 40 units, on the surface parking lot along the Kearney Street elevation of the Village of Town Center campus. The project would create 30 one-bedroom apartments and 10 two-bedroom apartments, and includes 32 garage parking spaces, and 60 long-term bicycle parking spaces. A community Amenity Room is proposed along Kearney Street for all tenants of the Village at Town Center residential campus. A new rooftop area will be created for the residents of this new residential building.  The site is within the Transit Oriented Mid Intensity Mixed Use (TOMIMU) zoning district; the application was submitted on September 12, 2016. 

Public Process


This is a Tier IV Design Review project under the Specific Plan, meaning it requires action by the Planning Commission and the Design Review Board.  The project received approval from the Planning Commission on February 21, 2018, and from the Design Review Board on April 4, 2018.
