This project is a Tier II project under the San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan. This means it requires action by the Design Review Board. The Design Review Board considered the project on April 3, 2019, and the Board denied the project. The Design Review Board's decision has been appealed to Planning Commission and the appeal will be scheduled at at future Planning Commission meeting.
