Residential Parking Permit ZONES
The City of El Cerrito has established two areas of town where 4-hour residential parking restrictions may be applied. This was done to preserve on-street parking for local residents in the vicinity of the two BART stations where a high number of non-resident BART commuters search for parking each work day.
